1) Please ensure that your passport is valid for 180 days (photocopy of relevant pages required)
2) 2 photographs required.
3) H.K./Taiwan I.D. Card for residents of these places (photocopy required)
(People with Hong Kong, Taiwan ID cards can normally obtain a visa on the same day provided the application is complete in all respects.)
4) Visa fee to be paid only in cash approx HK$310.
5) An additional processing fee of HK$ 160/- is chargeable in respect of US passport holders
6) Application to be submitted at the counter from 9:30am to 12 Noon (Mon-Fri.)
