WHO : New immigrants in the Baltimore region; underprivileged sectors of the Community in China and other developing countries.


WHAT:
- English as a Second Language (ESL)    tutoring
- Providing a source of acculturation   companion to the newcomers
- Public health knowledge and life-skills
- Planning and hosting English-teaching    program for students and teachers in    underprivileged areas
- Raising funds for the aid of the    community
- Collecting books, stationeries and other    resources for donation

HOW:
- Annual trip to schools and teacher    institutes in rural China and other    developing nations
- Workshops for underprivileged groups    and new immigrants of the Baltimore    region
- Visits to local organizations of the same    nature
- Fund-raising and obtaining book and    other donations on campus
