U.S. Ambassador Michael L. Retzer signs the documents launching Educational Perspectives chapters at KARASECO and the University of Dar es Salaam on Thursday, August 9, at the U.S. Mission in Dar es Salaam.  Educational Perspectives (EP) is as an American youth volunteer organization.  Joining him are (l-r) Carmen Kut, founder of EP, Bishop Benson Baganza of the Karagwe Diocese and Professor Coleman Msoka of UDSM.  Looking on behind are some of the twenty five American university students and their UDSM counterparts.  The American university students are in Tanzania for a service trip and will travel to UDSM, Karagwe and Wete in Pemba to share information about health, English and American culture.
